For many, the holiday season is difficult. Loss of loved ones and connection. Painful memories. Stress. Poor habits like over-eating, drinking, excessive spending. Often the constant reminders of what others enjoy, reveals the happiness & dreams we miss for our own lives.  

The Holiday Blues are real but there is always hope!  We will explore ways to lift your heart by connecting with others, talking about practical things we can do to care for ourselves & welcoming this holiday season with hope in our hearts & a mind set on Jesus. After all, He is both the reason we celebrate AND the source of our hope for a bright holiday!
